Booking and payment A booking is confirmed once a deposit has been received. The remaining balance is due before arrival, as specified at the time of booking. Prices include standard charges; sheets and towels are not provided. Cancellation Applicable cancellation terms are specified at the time of booking. We recommend reviewing them carefully before confirming your stay. Check-in and check-out Check-in from 4:00 PM, check-out before 10:00 AM. Any late check-out not agreed in advance may incur an additional charge. Security deposit A security deposit may be requested on arrival and returned after the apartment's condition has been checked, minus any damages found. Liability and use of the property Guests agree to use the apartment responsibly, to respect the house rules and the neighbors, and to report any damage without delay. The host cannot be held liable for personal belongings left in the apartment. Pets A small dog may be accepted on request, subject to the host's prior approval at the time of booking. Force majeure In the event of circumstances beyond our control (natural disaster, administrative closure, etc.), both parties will agree on a suitable solution (rescheduling the stay, partial or full refund as applicable). Personal data Information provided at booking is used solely to manage your stay and is not shared with third parties.
