Nestled in the heart of Vars les Claux, L'Écrin des Cimes is a fully renovated apartment for 4 guests, right at the foot of the Chemin des Italiens run, which leads straight to the Sibière chairlift. In winter, you click into your skis as you step out of the building; in summer, you set off on hikes from the resort. Gated parking, a building with a caretaker, a private ski locker: everything is ready so your holiday starts the moment you arrive.

The apartment

Cosy nest, exceptional location

Designed for a family of two adults and two children: a mountain nook with bunk beds, a proper 140×200 sofa bed, a full kitchen and a contemporary bathroom.

Ski-in, ski-out

The Chemin des Italiens run passes right at the foot of the residence and leads straight to the Sibière chairlift. No shuttle, no walking in ski boots.

Private ski locker

At the foot of the slopes, to store skis and boots. In summer, a bike locker takes over.

Gated parking

Free parking in a barrier-gated car park reserved for guests. Your car stays put all week.

Fully equipped kitchen

Espresso machine, air fryer and raclette set: everything for great après-ski evenings.

The slope at your doorstep

You click into your skis at the foot of the residence and the Chemin des Italiens run takes you straight to the Sibière chairlift, opening up the whole linked Vars–Risoul ski area. Less hassle, more skiing.

Summer

Fresh air, no crowds

Hikes straight from the resort, bike rides with a dedicated locker, and the Écrins National Park about 40 minutes' drive away. The perfect base to unwind.
